Jazz’s enterprise cloud services brand, Garaj, has introduced Webkaari, a new digital platform designed to help Pakistani businesses, entrepreneurs, and professionals establish their online presence and secure faster payments. The platform combines a simple website builder with AI-powered content tools, built-in SEO features, and a complete e-commerce solution. For small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), freelancers, and startups, Webkaari removes the technical barriers to going digital by offering a one-stop solution that enables users to build, manage, and grow their digital presence efficiently.

Pakistan is among the world’s top five freelance markets, generating hundreds of millions of dollars annually in export revenue, yet a large number of freelancers and small businesses continue to operate without professional websites or reliable payment systems. This gap limits global competitiveness and often restricts growth. Webkaari addresses this challenge by offering mobile-responsive website designs, SEO-ready features, and, for the first time in a Garaj solution, a secure payment gateway. This gateway allows businesses and freelancers to receive instant payments via cards, bank transfers, and digital wallets, reducing the traditional delays associated with B2B payments. In a market where late or missed payments are a recurring issue, this feature has been positioned as a major advantage for professionals seeking financial reliability.

According to Abdul Rehman Usmani, Chief Product Officer at Jazz, the platform is designed to empower Pakistani businesses and creators with end-to-end digital tools. “With Webkaari, we are making it easier than ever for Pakistan’s businesses and creators to take control of their online presence. This platform brings together everything a business needs to succeed in the digital marketplace—from building a website to selling products online—with AI-powered assistance, secure instant payments, and SEO readiness built in. Our mission is to equip entrepreneurs with the tools they need to grow, compete, and thrive in today’s digital economy,” he stated.

In addition to its core features, Webkaari also includes tools tailored to specific business needs. Service-based businesses can benefit from appointment booking software, while domain registration and custom email services are available to strengthen brand credibility. Built-in SEO ensures that websites and online stores gain visibility across search engines, giving businesses an edge in customer acquisition and retention. The combination of ease-of-use and advanced functions reflects Jazz’s broader vision of transitioning from being solely a connectivity provider to a capability enabler, driving digital inclusion and economic growth through technology.

The launch of Webkaari is in line with Jazz’s ServiceCo strategy, which focuses on enabling users across multiple verticals. Beyond Garaj, Jazz has diversified its portfolio into fintech through JazzCash, entertainment with Tamasha, self-care via SIMOSA, insurance with FikrFree, and digital gaming through GameNow. Serving over 100 million users nationwide, Jazz continues to invest in platforms that remove barriers to participation in the global economy. Webkaari, by giving SMEs and freelancers the ability to showcase their work, reach global clients, and receive timely payments, reinforces this commitment to building a stronger digital ecosystem in Pakistan.
