Ignite – National Technology Fund, in collaboration with TDAP, has announced a call for startup applications for participation in GITEX | Expand North Star 2025, scheduled to take place from October 12 to 15 in Dubai. Recognized as the world’s largest startup and technology event, the platform will provide Pakistani entrepreneurs with an opportunity to showcase their innovations, connect with global investors, and expand their presence in international markets.

The initiative is aimed at highlighting Pakistan’s entrepreneurial talent on a global stage by giving selected startups access to high-impact networking opportunities, mentorship sessions, and direct visibility among more than 1,800 investors and industry leaders. Participants will have the chance to present their ventures at dedicated startup pods, engage with strategic partners, and explore collaborations that can accelerate their business growth.

Applications are open to startups operating in diverse technology sectors, including artificial intelligence, fintech, healthtech, edtech, agritech, Web3, cleantech, smart cities, IoT, cybersecurity, and robotics. By representing these high-potential domains, the program seeks to demonstrate the breadth of innovation emerging from Pakistan’s growing startup ecosystem.

Ignite’s participation in GITEX | Expand North Star 2025 reflects its continued efforts to support entrepreneurship by facilitating access to markets, investors, and mentorship. Through collaboration with TDAP, the program is designed to strengthen Pakistan’s innovation footprint and encourage startups to compete at an international level.

Interested startups must submit their applications by August 28, 2025, via www.ignite.org.pk/gitex25. The selection process will evaluate the scalability, market relevance, and technological impact of participating ventures to ensure strong representation at the event.

This opportunity underscores Pakistan’s commitment to fostering a vibrant innovation economy by enabling founders to build global networks, attract investment, and gain exposure to emerging trends shaping the future of technology. By joining GITEX | Expand North Star 2025, Pakistani startups will not only highlight their capabilities but also contribute to strengthening the country’s reputation as a hub for talent, creativity, and cutting-edge solutions.
