Ibex Pakistan, a subsidiary of TRG (The Resource Group), has announced it will construct a new, state-of-the-art 500-seat facility in Karachi in order to support the expansion of its export of business process outsourcing services for some of its largest US-based clients in the retail and financial services sectors.
By the end of the year, it’s expected that the facility, which will house 800 professionals and be solely dedicated to the export of IT-enabled services, would be up and running.
According to Nadeem Elahi, national manager for ibex Pakistan, Middle East & North Africa, our larger clients in particular continue to have a good assessment of the calibre of our human resources for back-office and contact centre services from Pakistan.

We are quite keen to keep expanding, especially in Karachi where we can still locate top-notch employees, he added. We want to hire more than 1,000 customer care representatives in Karachi during the next three months for our contact centres, back offices, and chat services targeted at clients from outside the country.
IT and IT-enabled services, according to Nadeem, “may still continue to expand significantly and play a key part in the diversification of exports of the country” even in a difficult time for Pakistan.

“Ibex. is selling highly alluring bundles with an average monthly cost of roughly PKR 80,000,” Nadeem said. Working in customer service as a young professional gives you a great foundation for improving your interpersonal and professional communication skills. As a result, I wholeheartedly urge everyone seeking a great opportunity to visit our website and apply right now.
