Hope Karachi Website Launched to Create Awareness on Covid in Karachi

With the count of the Corona virus victims reaching over a thousand, it has become the responsibility of citizens in Pakistan to either make sure they and their family stay safe, or look for ways to counteract the virus. Recently, a website has been created regarding information on Covid 19 and on organisations that are working in Karachi known as hope karachi.

A website has been created with info regarding Covid19 and of People and Organizations doing good in the city of Karachi. The website has been launched with the link https://hopekarachi.com. This forum has also been created as a way to reach out to anyone who would like to collaborate or share resources in any way they can. One of the aims of this website is to promote and strengthen the Coronavirus Emergency Fund (CEF).

The Government of Sindh, Finance Department has issued Notification on 18-01-2020 in connection with Deduction of Employees Salaries for Corona Virus Emergency Fund (CEF) Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19). The Details are as follows: “The undersigned is directed to state that it has been decided by the Government of Sindh to Establish “Coronavirus Emergency Fund (CEF)” to help out the affected patients of this pandemic in the province of Sindh.” The details of this CEF are as under:

The other features of this service is to promote and help the Health Ministry in their task.
