Boston Health AI has unveiled its latest innovation in digital health with the launch of Hami, an AI-powered physician assistant designed to support medical professionals at every stage of the patient care journey. Developed under the leadership of Dr. Adil Haider, a globally recognized trauma surgeon and health equity advocate, Hami brings together artificial intelligence, clinical insight, and scalable technology to enhance healthcare delivery. The assistant is built in partnership with Systems Limited and C10 Labs, reflecting a strong collaboration between healthcare visionaries and Pakistan’s leading tech expertise.

Hami has been designed to address the growing demands placed on physicians, enabling them to work more efficiently without compromising on the quality of care. It integrates smart automation into real-world medical workflows, offering features such as real-time transcription, intelligent lab analysis, and multilingual communication. These capabilities are aimed at streamlining documentation, supporting diagnostic decisions, and enhancing doctor-patient interaction in a diverse range of clinical settings.

The platform is built to scale, with plans to reach hundreds of thousands of patients within the coming year. Its long-term objective is to impact the lives of up to one billion individuals across the globe by making high-quality medical support accessible regardless of geography or income. Dr. Adil Haider emphasized the program’s inclusive vision, stating that Hami is about removing barriers in healthcare and enabling physicians to deliver expert care whether they are practicing in Boston or Badin.

Systems Limited played a key role in shaping the tech infrastructure behind Hami. The company’s CEO, Asif Peer, highlighted the importance of technology in transforming healthcare and praised the collaborative effort that went into building a secure, scalable, and adaptable platform. With a reputation as one of Pakistan’s most prominent tech companies, Systems Limited continues to contribute to digital innovation in critical sectors.

Hami embodies a shift in how healthcare systems can use AI to ease burdens on medical staff while improving patient outcomes. Its design reflects a physician-first approach, prioritizing usability and clinical relevance. From enhancing diagnostic accuracy to reducing the time spent on administrative tasks, the assistant is engineered to allow doctors to focus more on patient care.

Boston Health AI’s initiative reflects the growing intersection of healthcare and technology, where AI is not only augmenting decision-making but also supporting equitable care delivery. With Hami, the organization offers a model of how digital tools can be applied with empathy and precision in high-pressure medical environments. Through this collaboration with Systems Limited and C10 Labs, Boston Health AI sets a precedent for scalable, human-centric AI applications that prioritize both innovation and access.
