The SMS feedback service is a currently active two-way service that can be accessed through dialing 8228. This teleschool service was developed through collaboration between various organisations as mentioned in an official tweet by the Ministry such as: “the Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training, DigitalPak_GoP @PTAofficialpk @NTCPakistan and telcos”. This service was launched by Minister Shafqat Mahmood along with Special Assistant to the Prime Minister Tania Airdus. This is done in an effort by the FDE to generate and sustain an enabling educational environment.
The texting service and system will allow the Ministry of Education to provide schedules and other information related to the teleschool to the public and at the same time give feedback on content and structured learning assessment of students.
