The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) has rolled out a new fully automated public services system aimed at streamlining processes for students.
With this system, students can now access essential services such as migration/NOC certificates issuance, result verification, and duplicate result cards online, eliminating the need for lengthy bureaucratic procedures.
According to a press release by the FBISE, applicants can expect a swift turnaround time of just 3 minutes for service delivery, subject to fee verification.
Chairman Qaisar Alam highlighted the user-centric design of the automated system, making the application process simple and straightforward. Applicants only need to provide their registration number, examination year, and postal address to receive a direct link for accessing the service via WhatsApp or email.
To uphold security and authenticity standards, issued documents can be verified through a unique tracking ID or verification link provided on the document. The launch of this fully automated public services system underscores the FBISE’s commitment to enhancing efficiency, transparency, and accessibility in education administration.
