DC Islamabad’s official Twitter account boasts an impressive following of nearly 450,000 users, with citizens routinely tagging the account in their complaints and inquiries. Consequently, such an account compromise posed a significant risk to the security of numerous users. However, swift action was taken to mitigate the situation, which is commendable.

Some instances have even seen the unauthorized liking of inappropriate content, with users being taken aback by the unexpected activity.
