ComputerWorld Pakistan, the country’s oldest tech media platform, has been honored with an award for Tech Media Excellence at the first annual Global Digital Awards. The event, held in Lahore in December 2024, was presented by  Pakistan E-commerce Association (PEA), Deployers.pk and Ginkgo Retail, with ComputerWorld as an exclusive technology media partner.

Established in 1994, ComputerWorld Pakistan has been a cornerstone of Pakistan’s tech industry for three decades. The publication has provided insightful and informative content to its readers, covering the latest trends and developments in the tech industry.

From the early days of the internet to the current era of artificial intelligence and cloud computing, ComputerWorld Pakistan has been at the forefront of tech journalism in the country. Computerworld is the web arm of the CW Media brand, itself a part of Smart Pakistan Insights Network, Pakistans largest house of technology publishers.

The Global Digital Awards celebrated excellence in Pakistan’s digital ecosystem, recognizing individuals and organizations that have made significant contributions to the growth and development of the country’s tech industry.
