atomcamp, in collaboration with the Ministry of IT and Telecommunication Pakistan and the Civil Service Academy, is hosting a specialized Training of Trainers Workshop focused on “AI Adoption in the Public Sector” at the Civil Service Academy (CSA) Walton. The initiative aims to equip public sector professionals with the necessary knowledge and practical understanding to integrate artificial intelligence into government operations, decision-making, and service delivery. The program underscores the government’s commitment to promoting digital literacy, modernizing administrative frameworks, and fostering data-driven policymaking within the country’s public institutions.

The workshop, designed to promote a culture of innovation in the public sector, provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of how AI can streamline government functions, improve efficiency, and enhance citizen engagement. It will explore practical strategies for implementing AI tools across diverse government departments and offer case studies of successful global examples. By focusing on skill development among trainers, the workshop seeks to build a sustainable framework that enables government officials to act as catalysts for AI adoption within their respective departments. This initiative also aligns with Pakistan’s broader Digital Pakistan vision, which aims to create a more connected, transparent, and efficient public service ecosystem.

One of the core objectives of this collaboration is to bridge the gap between technological advancement and public sector readiness. The Ministry of IT and Telecommunication Pakistan, together with atomcamp, recognizes the importance of preparing civil servants for an AI-driven future where automation, predictive analytics, and data intelligence are essential components of effective governance. The training also emphasizes ethical AI use, data protection, and responsible digital innovation, ensuring that public sector transformation remains people-centric and inclusive. The Civil Service Academy’s involvement reinforces the importance of institutional learning and continuous professional development for Pakistan’s public administration leaders.

The workshop is free of charge, reflecting a commitment to accessible capacity building for government employees. Interested individuals are encouraged to submit their applications through the official registration form, after which selected participants will be contacted directly. The revised dates for the workshop will be announced soon. Through initiatives like this, Pakistan continues to build momentum toward integrating AI into governance structures and public services, preparing its workforce to effectively manage digital transformation challenges and contribute to sustainable national progress.
