Qarshi Knowledge Park has officially been approved as a Zone Developer by STZA, opening up a significant opportunity for technology-focused businesses to establish operations in a strategically located innovation zone in Lahore. Situated on Canal Road, the site spans 20 acres and offers a covered area of 250,000 square feet. It is designed to support both early-stage startups and large corporations seeking to develop or expand their presence in key sectors recognized by STZA.

The facility is positioned to serve as a hub of technology and enterprise, supported by strong infrastructure and regulatory incentives. Companies that apply for and receive a Zone Enterprise License from STZA in the eligible sectors will be able to operate within Qarshi Knowledge Park and benefit from a range of exclusive offerings. These include close to 10 years of tax exemptions and full foreign currency account retention rights, providing a financial framework that encourages long-term planning and international transactions without restriction.

This initiative targets businesses planning innovation-driven growth, particularly those focused on sectors outlined by STZA for priority development. Qarshi Knowledge Park is positioning itself not only as a physical site but also as a facilitator in the broader effort to scale technology-based businesses. Companies interested in leveraging this opportunity will receive end-to-end support throughout the application process to obtain the Zone Enterprise License. The park’s advisory and technical teams are available to guide enterprises through documentation, compliance, and submission to ensure seamless integration into the STZA ecosystem.

According to Yasir Ansari, Advisor Technology and CTO at Qarshi Organization, this initiative aligns with a broader strategy to support technological advancement and investment in Pakistan. The organization is focused on creating an enabling environment where high-growth potential companies can thrive, backed by regulatory incentives and infrastructure tailored for innovation. Qarshi Knowledge Park aims to attract local and international players who are exploring strategic initiatives in areas such as software development, health tech, agritech, biotech, AI, and other priority technology domains.

With its location in one of Lahore’s accessible corridors and a purpose-built environment designed for enterprise efficiency, Qarshi Knowledge Park presents itself as a viable option for companies looking to operate under STZA’s progressive framework. Interested enterprises are encouraged to reach out to Qarshi Organization for further details and a comprehensive presentation on available facilities, sector compatibility, and procedural guidance.

This development reflects a broader momentum within Pakistan’s technology sector, where zones like Qarshi Knowledge Park are playing a key role in bridging infrastructure and regulatory support with innovation and enterprise growth.
