Dewan Farooque Motors Limited (DFML) has entered the electric vehicle market, announcing the start of production for its Honri models. The company has received approval from the Engineering Development Board (EDB) to commence manufacturing operations through its associated company, Eco-Green Motors Limited (EGML).
DFML’s partnership with Eco-Green Motors has already yielded successful launches of the Honri 2.0 and 3.0 electric vehicles. The Honri Ve 3.0, the latest addition to the lineup, offers an extended range of up to 300 km per charge, along with advanced features like a rear-view camera and tire pressure monitoring system.
This development marks a significant milestone for DFML as it expands its product offerings to cater to the growing demand for sustainable transportation in Pakistan. The company’s entry into the electric vehicle market aligns with the government’s efforts to promote clean energy and reduce carbon emissions.
