15th HONET Conference – Submit Your Papers Now!

For the last 15 years HONET has had the vision to bring together academics and industry professionals from the developed and the developing countries thereby enabling a platform for collaborative learning and research. 

HONET till now has been phenomenal in attracting quality research papers from around the world. The conference has been successful in gradually emerging as a focal point for research that targets local and global issues related to science and technology.

The 15th International Conference HONET-ICT 2018 is to be organized on the 8th to 10th October in Islamabad and is to focus on use of technology for making Smart Cities a reality. Specifically, role of IoT and AI in conjunction with ICT will be explored in the technical sessions at the conference.

As with the previous HONET events, the conference is expecting papers in the core areas and related enabling technologies. Conference is to be held at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Islamabad in collaboration of University of North Carolina at Charlotte, USA.

Authors are invited to submit R&D and concept papers presenting original research work related to the practice and theory related to the scope of HONET-ICT. The topics of interest are as follows: Role of ICT in enabling the future of Smart Cities; AI for enhancing the capabilities of Smart Cities; IoT for realizing the dream of Smart Cities;Computer and Communication Networks; Cloud Computing; Enabling Technologies

The due date for submitting the full paper is 20th August,  the authors will receive an acceptance notification by 15th September. The accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases.
